The Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (PM-USHA) is an initiative of the government to improve higher education and make it more available for the public. It helps colleges and universities improve their infrastructure, set up top-quality learning centers, and introduce modern, skill-based, and technology-driven education in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Through this scheme, colleges and universities are encouraged to adopt modern teaching-learning methodologies, R&D facilities, and digital transformation frameworks to create an ecosystem of innovation, research, and employability.
